Distance Sales Agreement

Article 1 - THE PARTIES TO THE AGREEMENT

1. Purchases can be made on .com using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Orders for which payment is not received within one week will be canceled. Payment methods not specified on the site, such as cash on delivery or postal money orders, are not accepted..
2. .com will deliver all your orders with a delivery note invoice as required by law. Gift packages will be sent with a shipping note, and the invoice will be mailed to the billing address later. All prices for purchases are in Turkish Lira..
3. Circumstances that did not exist and could not have been foreseen at the time the contract was signed, that developed beyond the control of the parties, and that, upon their occurrence, render it impossible for one or both parties to fulfill their obligations and responsibilities under the contract, either partially or entirely, or to fulfill them on time, shall be considered force majeure (natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, legal provisions, confiscation or strikes, lockouts, significant malfunctions in production and communication facilities, adverse weather conditions, and similar circumstances). If the product(s) subject to the contract cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure, .com will notify the customer within 3 (three) days; in this case, one of the following options may be chosen: cancellation of the order, replacement of the product(s) subject to the contract with similar products, if available, and/or postponement of the delivery period until the impediment ceases to exist. If the order is canceled, the amount paid will be refunded to the customer by .com within 14 (fourteen) days.
   
   If you chose the bank transfer option for your order, only the product prices will be refunded if the products are unavailable. .com is not responsible for any transfer fees charged by banks. Therefore, we recommend that you make your transfer transactions through the banks' internet branches and ATMs.Like all online shopping sites, .com does not keep stock for the hundreds of thousands of products it sells. It procures products according to customer orders. Although all product lists are updated daily, some products ordered may be out of stock at the supplier organizations. In such cases, our relevant department will notify you by email and the product price will be refunded to your card. .

5. If your order is not delivered within the time specified during your purchase, you can send an email to info@... .com. The delivery can be tracked by contacting the shipping company either by us or by the customer. Once the order has been delivered, the shipping company is deemed to have fulfilled its obligation. Therefore, damaged packaging should not be accepted, and a report should be filed. 6.  Without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without providing any justification, you may return the product(s) by withdrawing from the contract, except for products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery or the date the contract was signed. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify .com in writing within this period using the contact details provided below, provided that you have used the product(s) in accordance with its/their operation, technical specifications, and instructions for use. Following the receipt of this notification by .com, confirmation of receipt will be shared with you, and the price of the product(s) subject to the right of withdrawal will be refunded to you within 14 (fourteen) days of the date of receipt of the notification, using the payment method you used. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, in accordance with tax legislation, the product(s) must be returned via the shipping company that delivered them, following the presentation of the original invoice. However, if the customer does not return the original invoice, VAT and any other legal deductions cannot be refunded to you.
7. Your credit card information is not stored in the system. If, after placing an order, you enter your credit card information on the payment information screen and check the "save" box on the right, your card information will be stored in our system. You can then view this card again for future orders and speed up the ordering process. To delete your saved card or update your card information, you can go to the My Membership Information page and access the My Credit Cards section to perform these actions. 8.  The product(s) subject to the contract shall be delivered to the BUYER or to the person/entity at the specified address within 30 (thirty) days following receipt of the order by the SELLER, provided that this period does not exceed the 30-day period stipulated by law and regulations, and depending on the distance to the BUYER's address for each product. However, for pre-order product(s), this 30-day legal period shall commence from the sale date announced on the sales page for the relevant product, and delays may occur on this sale date due to the supplier company. In this case, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER in writing beforehand. In this case, the BUYER may either cancel the order or wait for the delivery period to expire and exercise their right to receive the product(s) subject to the order. If the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be refunded to them in cash and in full within 14 (fourteen) days..
